Book Club ~ March
Our Book Club is all about relaxed conversations, good company and a shared love of reading.
Open to all ages and genders, it’s a friendly, no-pressure space where you can chat about books, listen in, or simply enjoy being around like-minded people.
Each month we’ll explore a different genre, keeping things fresh and engaging, with discussion topics designed to spark conversation.
The book this month will be The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller (Genre: Mythology), so feel free to grab your own copy in paperback, on Kindle, or as an audiobook and be ready for our meet-up.
Whether you’re a big talker or a quiet listener, you’ll feel right at home. And if you fancy treating yourself, grab a coffee or a glass of prosecco from our licensed bar and settle in for a chilled, cosy afternoon.

Looking for a relaxed and creative way to spend your morning? Join us for Crafts & Coffee, a monthly meet-up designed for anyone who enjoys crafting in good company.
Bring along your latest project – whether it’s knitting, crochet, embroidery, painting, sketching, jewellery-making, or something completely different – and settle into the cosy setting of The Pergola at The Waterfront Café. With coffee, cakes, and light bites available to order, it’s the perfect opportunity to combine your love of crafting with great refreshments and friendly conversation.
There’s no fee to join – simply bring your own materials and enjoy working on your hobby alongside like-minded people. All crafts are welcome, and it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned maker; this group is about sharing ideas, finding inspiration, and making connections.
